Rick Hansen is coming to our school!!!

Today Mr. Gardner shared some VERY exciting news with us - Rick Hansen will be coming to our school! He will be joining us for our School Opening Ceremony on April 18, 2013! We can't wait to have a chance to see him and show him how we are making a difference in our community!

Students at our school have been collecting money to donate to the Rick Hansen Foundation. Tomorrow is the last day for collections. Please return any donations to school by tomorrow. We will be presenting Rick Hansen with our donations during the ceremony!

Our school will have a special opportunity to hear Rick Hansen speak and to ask him questions. Each class will be able to ask him two questions. We are going to pick our two questions on Monday. At home, try thinking about what you'd like to know more about.
